This is a "must read" book or CD if you have any interest in branding, marketing or business development. It provides a new way of looking at how products can grow it's market.

4 out of 5 stars Great book!   September 10, 2010
I. Gunn (North Carolina)
I would definitely recommend this book. It really taps into your spiritual side and gets into the core of why we overeat. It all starts within! Great book!

1 out of 5 stars Disappointing   September 10, 2010

I was very disappointed with the horrible language in this book. I have not been able to finish it because I can't stand the words. I don't understand the need for it. It doesn't add any value at all. If you are like me, you won't like this book. I haven't been able to get to the heart of it.

5 out of 5 stars Inspirational reading   September 10, 2010

Geneen Roth not only gives insight into women's relationship with food, she also helps women know themselves better. I highly recommend this book. It's a guide to living a strong, healthy life.

5 out of 5 stars Thought-provoking Book   September 10, 2010
Dr. Ski (Santa Fe, New Mexico)
I recommend this book to any woman who eats to feel better about herself. This book was thought-provoking and enables you take a look at yourself in a special way. If you are into self-reflection then this book is must-read.
