There are no markers still standing for their graves. One of the Marszalek’s without a marker is the great grandfather of well-known Polish musician Brian Marshall. 2010 Christmas Party At The Lazy Mule In Chappell HillOn Saturday night, December 11, 2010 a group of Chappell Hill and Brenham natives and their friends celebrated the season with a Polish Christmas party at the Lazy Mule Saloon in Chappell Hill Texas. Daniel Cendalski and Randy Reets with the Daniel and the Country Boys band entertained the crowd with a mix of old time Polish, country and even a little rock and roll. There was plenty of good food to eat and lots of cold piwo to drink as the lively crowd spent the evening dancing, talking and laughing.

Polish Heritage Celebration At The Texas Renaissance FestivalSaturday, November 20, 2010 was dubbed Barbarian Invasion Day at the Texas Renaisance Festival in Plantersville, Texas but when the grand parade started, there was something a bit more civilized amidst the hoards of barbarians. Three brightly dressed young ladies carrying the Polonia Restaurant banner led the Polish contingent, followed by a large group of people dressed in traditional Polish folk attire and carrying Polish flags.
